Reflex Performance Resources Inc., an industry leader in the design and manufacture of athletic apparel, is in search of an organized and motivated candidate to join our eCommerce team as Inventory Coordinator.
This position is based out of our showroom on 7th Avenue in Manhattan's Garment District.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring inventory levels across eCommerce channels for brands including 90 Degree by Reflex and Yogalicious.
- Requesting replenishment shipments based on inventory stock level, sales velocity, lead times, and forward sales projections.
- Coordinating with shipping department and warehouses to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
- Providing relevant data to assist team in developing website promotions and visually merchandising website.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform (Magento, etc.) a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
