We’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of our spa and provide exceptional service to our amazing clients. If you’re passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and creating an elevated client experience—we want to meet you!
Location: Reflections Medical Spa
Schedule: Part-Time (flexible hours, 2-3 shifts per week, including some Fridays/Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming presence
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar
- Assist with check-in/check-out and processing payments
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
- Support providers and management as needed
- Educate clients on spa services, promotions, and products
Requirements:
- Previous spa or medical front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable with technology and appointment software
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
