Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Estimating Administrator to support our estimating team. This role is critical in keeping our preconstruction process efficient, accurate, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist estimators with preparing bids, proposals, and takeoffs
- Organize and manage project documents, plans, and specifications
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and estimating platforms
- Track bid schedules, deadlines, and submission statuses
- Follow up with clients, contractors, and vendors on submitted bids
- Track and analyze estimating activity, including hit rates and sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records of bids, revisions, and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete proposals
- Identify gaps or delays in the estimating process and help improve workflows
- Support networking and marketing events
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred (Big Plus):
- Experience with Bluebeam (Revu)
- Prior estimating, administrative, or construction industry experience
- Familiarity with reading plans, drawings, or specifications
