We are seeking an experienced and mission‑driven Dental Director to lead our Brooklyn Park and Medina Dental Clinics. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a leader who can bring structure, consistency, and inspiration to our teams. This role provides strategic leadership and hands‑on oversight of daily clinic operations across one or more locations. Must have more than 7 years dental office experience.
Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities :
Operational Excellence
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinic protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all State, Federal, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and execute an office success plan focused on efficient operations and staff development.
- Use quality‑management tools to monitor best practices, standards, and care outcomes.
- Oversee physical clinic facilities to ensure safety for patients and team members.
- Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and active listening.
Strategic & Administrative Duties
- Report weekly to owners with updates on accomplishments, opportunities for improvement, performance goals, and system effectiveness.
- Support the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values through continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Oversee all clinic staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, recognition, promotions, transfers, corrective action, and terminations.
