We’re inviting independently licensed mental health professionals to join our established group of clinicians. Whether you're an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, this is a unique opportunity to build your own private practice while becoming part of a supportive, collaborative team.
We are especially seeking a clinician with a passion for working with children and adolescents. If you have experience supporting young clients through developmental challenges, trauma, anxiety, or family transitions, we’d love to connect.
🔍 Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Specialize in treatment for children and adolescents (ages 5–18)
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and community providers as needed
- Uphold ethical standards and best practices

- Independent licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care
