What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Detailer and Porter position at Reflections Ceramic and Detail?
We are looking for a thorough, responsible detail specialist who will adhere to provide quality marine and automotive detailing services.
A detail specialist will:
* Detail to company standards, which include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, prep, paint corrections, buffing, wet sanding, ceramic coating, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors.
* Keep records such as VIN numbers, license plates, mileage and the condition of the vehicles.
* Continual efforts in skill improvement with company paid training as well as in house technique and procedural training quarterly.
* Operate buffers, polishers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
* Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
* Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
* Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed.
Requirements: Prior detailing experience may be preferred.
Attention to detail and a mindset to work is a must.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
Availability to work weekends and travel out of state if needed
Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00- $23.00 per hour depending on level of experience.
Expected hours: 40-45 per week
This is a 1099 Contract position
Experience detailing: 3 years (Required)Valid driver's license and insurance per company standards.
Clean criminal background for the past 2 years required.
