Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Window Cleaning Technician for a diverse range of commercial and residential properties. Once trained, your expertise in various window cleaning techniques and equipment will help maintain our reputation for spotless, streak-free windows, with amazing customer service.
Duties
- Perform storefront, residential, commercial, and high-rise window cleaning using water fed poles via our water filtration tanks for outdoor cleanings. Indoor cleanings may require traditional window washing methods such as squeegeeing. All equipment and materials are provided.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about service scope and addressing any concerns promptly with clear communication to managers.
Skills
- Some experience preferred in window cleaning or other home services.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
