Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Hawthorne, CA. As a Composite Technician, you will contribute to the manufacturing, assembly, of high-performance composite components. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on tooling, laminating, sanding, bonding, curing, and assisting in the inspection and quality control of composite parts. This role is critical in ensuring the production of reliable components while adhering to safety protocols and deadline requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with composite materials, including handling, cutting, laminating, and bonding
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Knowledge of sanding, finishing, and curing processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with common shop tools and safety practices
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and working with industrial equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in relevant fields is a plus
• Previous experience as a Composite Technician or in a related manufacturing role is preferred
