Qualifications
- Experience with composite materials, including handling, cutting, laminating, and bonding
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Knowledge of sanding, finishing, and curing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with common shop tools and safety practices
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and working with industrial equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in relevant fields is a plus
- Previous experience as a Composite Technician or in a related manufacturing role is preferred
