Operations, Sales, & Customer Relations
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to help lead and support the daily operations of our growing company. This role requires strong leadership skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage client relationships while supporting business growth.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and customer communication. This position may require answering calls during evening and weekends as needed.
Responsibilites:
- Support and oversee daily business operations
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer needs, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and workflow management
- Support commercial sales efforts and help grow business opportunities
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain strong communication between office staff, technicians, and customers
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Commercial sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable handling after-hours customer communication
- Reliable and self-motivated
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in home services, construction, painting, or refinishing industries
