Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
- Respond promptly to any special cleaning requests or emergencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Ability to pass a background check
Hours
- Required to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 6pm. This position is for 5-hour shifts, 3 days a week, on the listed days above.
