Job Overview
Refined Landscaping is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and reliable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help grow our customer base throughout Lane County.
This position focuses on connecting with homeowners, introducing our landscaping and property improvement services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling estimates for potential customers.
We’re looking for someone who is confident approaching new people, communicates professionally, and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential neighborhoods to introduce Refined Landscaping’s services to potential customers.
- Build relationships with homeowners and identify opportunities for landscaping and property improvement projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates for our team.
- Promote services including lawn maintenance, pruning, yard cleanups, landscaping, hardscaping, fencing, pressure washing, and general property improvements.
- Follow up with interested homeowners to help convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and leads.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet weekly lead generation and sales performance goals.
- Work closely with management and our estimating team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching homeowners.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between neighborhoods.
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn about landscaping and construction services.
