What are the responsibilities and job description for the OrthoPelvic Physical Therapist position at Refined Performance?
We're Hiring: OrthoPelvic Physical Therapist
Location: Refined Performance | Stoneham, MA
About Us
Refined Performance is a PT-owned, cash-based clinic built differently. We've created a space where elite physical therapists can do their best work — 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions, no double booking, no burnout. Our team treats athletes and active adults across the full spectrum of performance and rehabilitation, including a growing and dedicated pelvic health population spanning prenatal, postpartum, and active adults.
We're known for our unparalleled patient experience, evidence-based care, and a team culture that puts quality of life first — for our patients and our clinicians.
The Role
We are seeking a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for pelvic health to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful pelvic health caseload within a performance-focused environment — treating motivated, engaged patients who are invested in their recovery and long-term health.
You'll split your time between pelvic floor and orthopedic/performance cases, giving you clinical variety while allowing you to grow and own your pelvic health specialty.
Your caseload will be 25–32 patients per week — all 1-on-1, all 60 minutes, all yours to treat the way you see fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing expert pelvic floor PT for prenatal, postpartum, and active adults
- Treating a combination of pelvic health, orthopedic, and performance-based cases
- Combining manual therapy, internal and external pelvic assessment, dry needling, and strength-based rehabilitation
- Building meaningful, long-term patient relationships in a cash-based model where you have the time to do it right
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team of DPTs who genuinely support each other
Ideal Candidate
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility)
- Pelvic floor continuing education (Level 1 coursework or equivalent — we welcome all experience levels)
- Passion for pelvic health and a desire to grow in this specialty
- Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service mindset
- Personal experience in fitness, CrossFit, weightlifting, or endurance sports is a plus
Why You'll Love It Here
- True 1-on-1 appointments — no double booking, no aides, no compromises
- A collaborative team that loves both PT and fitness
- Competitive salary
- Retirement contributions, healthcare support, CEU support, and gym memberships
- Full autonomy in treatment — you decide what's best for your patients
- Mentorship and ongoing clinical development in pelvic health
- Real work-life balance with schedule flexibility
- A patient population that shows up motivated and ready to work
Our Core Values
Family First. Trust. Altruism. Ownership. Teamwork. We live them daily — with each other and in our commitment to every patient we support.
Ready to Join Us? If you're an orthopelvic PT — or a PT eager to grow in pelvic health — who wants to practice in an environment that truly supports you, we'd love to hear from you.
