Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kingston, NH, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, and present roofing and exterior renovation solutions that align with customer needs and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Associate will also help educate customers on product options, energy-efficiency benefits, and financing or promotional offers, while supporting ongoing customer relationships and referrals. This role requires consistent communication, on-site visits as needed, and a focus on delivering a professional, trust-based sales experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse customers in person, by phone, and online.
- Experience in consultative or residential construction sales, home improvement, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, email, and basic office software to manage leads, documentation, and follow-ups.
