What You’ll Do
- Assist the Foreman with daily maintenance and landscape care
- Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation checks
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Help inspect plant health and identify issues like pests or irrigation problems
- Ensure safety standards are followed on every job
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year in landscape maintenance or fine gardening (preferred, not required)
- Physical Ability: Can lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Team Player: Works well under direction and communicates clearly
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license preferred, E-Verify compliant
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
