Front Desk / Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator – La Jolla, CA
Full Time | Private Fee-for-Service Practice

Our exceptional fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a reliable and personable team member to handle front desk responsibilities, patient scheduling, and treatment coordination. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding care in a supportive and professional environment.

Compensation:

• $27–$29 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM–5 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM–4 PM
• Friday: 7 AM–1 PM

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans, addressing patient concerns and questions
• Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and establishing scheduling and payment plans
• Manage scheduling and front desk duties
• Perform general office tasks and other duties as assigned
