Overnight SUD / Behavioral Health Technician - Refine Recovery

Refine Recovery is actively accepting applications for Overnight Behavioral Health Technicians . This position will include working directly with the clients and must possess the following requirements for this position:

• Current registration for RADT or higher
• Valid CA license/clean driving record last 5 years
• Professionalism/model positive attitude and behavior

• Communication/good rapport with clients
• Morally and ethically responsible
• Excellent time management/reliable
• Ability to problem solve/collaborate
• Dependable

• Ability to work well with a diverse population
• Knowledge of 12-step program
• Team player/able to follow verbal and written direction

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide unit orientation to new admissions
• Supports patients during the detox process
• Conduct Q15/30 min rounds
• Monitoring vitals
• Complete general cleaning of facility
• Complete nightly med count
• Provides a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Provides crisis intervention as needed
• Assists in evaluating patient’s needs to achieve treatment goals
• Completes thorough documentation of patient care and interventions
• Collaborate and support treatment team to ensure quality of care

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
