Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Foley, Daphne/Fairhope, and/or Gulf Shores, AL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop individualized care plans, deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments, and guide patients through rehabilitation. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on home care plans to maximize recovery and function.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
Knowledge and interest in the foundations of strength and conditioning as well as exercise physiology
Expertise in Patient Care and ensuring individualized treatment approaches
Exposure to and experience in the outpatient rehabilitation setting
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and professional growth
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
