Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Manager, located on-site in Gulf Shores, AL (current) and Foley (next 4-6 months). The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling patient scheduling, verifying insurance through online and phone communication, collecting payment, connecting with patients, and addressing client inquiries efficiently. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain a welcoming and professional environment for staff and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and schedules
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to address inquiries and maintain positive client interactions
- Familiarity with technology for making and managing tasks and scheduling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a healthcare or service-oriented environment, is not a requirement but is helpful
