Schedule: Wed & TH and EO Fri/Sat/Sun 6p - 6a

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Production Float, you'll enjoy a refreshing lack of repetition. One shift, you might receive milk or run the pasteurizer; the next, you could be packaging butter or deep in sanitation. This Production Float role is hands-on, ever-changing, and essential to keeping the production floor running smoothly. You'll assist with everything from lab testing to churning, operating equipment, prepping for shipping, and maintaining rigorous cleanliness and safety standards. Who We're Looking For:
The ideal Production Float is a dependable, adaptable, and physically capable individual. You should be okay with heights, able to lift up to 80 lbs (with help), and confident working with both sanitation and lab chemicals. Mechanical skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to earn any necessary permits or certifications are key to succeeding in this Production Float role.
