This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on building deep relationships with the founders, visionaries, and integrators leading these companies. You will be the primary driver of our enterprise-level engagements, from initial contact to closing high-value, long-term partnerships. You will be selling a holistic AI culture transformation, not just a product.
Your mission is to guide companies through an actual company transformation, building them a true competitive advantage and a massive ability to jumpstart their growth. This journey blends strategic consulting, hands-on team development, and inclusion in our exclusive mastermind community, delivering a complete return *of* investment in just three to six months. You will be the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the complexities of AI adoption and unlock real business value.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies that attend our roundtables, and conducting in-depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to leaders in our target market (25-500 employees) to invite them into our executive roundtables.
- Architecting and closing complex, high-value engagements ($50,000 - $200,000 annually).
- Selling a holistic offering that includes **AI culture change and cross-training** for the entire organization. This involves working with leadership teams, project managers, and line employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating value through **pulse survey tracking of team improvement**.
