We are a growing kitchen cabinet refacing company looking for a skilled and reliable installer to handle cabinet door and drawer front installations in residential homes. This role focuses on precision work, clean installations, and professional customer interaction. Ideal for someone with experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry who takes pride in detailed workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware
- Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts
- Drill hinge cups and mounting holes
- Install panels, fillers, toe kicks, and finished end panels
- Align and adjust doors for consistent spacing and proper operation
- Install handles and pulls accurately using jigs
- Perform minor trim work and on-site adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with customers and project manager
Skills
- Experience with cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, or finish carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to measure, drill, and install precisely
- Experience installing concealed hinges
- Comfortable working in occupied residential homes
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and basic hand and power tools
- Professional, respectful attitude with customers
