What Can You Expect
- This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team.
- Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles
- Developing and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.. (any project documentation)
- Review and shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties.
- Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects
- Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivity
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience within the Construction Industry
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
- Ability to both manage and be part of a team
- Ability to develop strong business plans
- Experience utilizing Microsoft products scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
