Primary Mission

Main Responsibilities
- Places concrete to final line and grade with the appropriate finish.
- Able to point and patch concrete after forms are removed, involving working above ground safely, while on falsework, ladders, and/or scissor lifts.
- Able to perform carpentry work as needed between placing and finishing task.
- Able to work and assist others to work in a safe manner within the guidelines of the company’s policies.
- Must be able to work off the ground and handle materials and equipment up to 80 lbs.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.

- Minimum of 2 years in the concrete phase of bridge/heavy highway construction.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
