- Manage daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling using salon software like GLOSS GENIUS, maintaining cleanliness standards for sanitation and safety.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their look and meet their beauty needs through upselling techniques.
- Lead front desk activities such as greeting clients, checking in appointments, handling payments, and managing client records efficiently.
- Oversee store management tasks including inventory control, retail merchandising, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Cultivate a positive team environment through effective communication skills, mentoring new stylists, and encouraging collaboration to boost morale and productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency with salon software such as GLOSS GENIUS for scheduling and client management.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
