Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with friendly, professional service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions.
- Sell new phone activations, upgrades, accessories, protection plans, and additional services.
- Demonstrate phones and accessories to customers.
- Process payments and complete transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with device setup, transfers, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Stay current on promotions, products, and company initiatives.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store sales goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
