What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding on pre-fitted trailers and trailer components
- Follow welding instructions and maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure welds meet all specifications and pass visual inspection
- Thoroughly clean welded components
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- 5 Years of MIG Welding Experience
- Setting up the machine based on material
- Setting correct gas / CFH
- Changing wire on boom welder
- Proficient in reading a tape measure
- Ability to follow directions and complete repeatable welding tasks
- Attention to weld quality and detail
- Ability to run a forklift (preferred)
- Ability to operate a hand plasma cutter / torch (preferred)
- Basic understanding of shop safety
