REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to join our team in Ambler, PA. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental audits
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
- Deliver EHS training programs and safety orientations for employees at all levels
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and regulatory documentation (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards
- Collaborate with management and operations teams to promote a proactive safety culture
- Track and analyze safety metrics, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in an industrial or field environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations
- Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 preferred
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
