ReelHouse Marina Bay is a high-volume waterfront restaurant located directly on the Marina Bay Boardwalk in Quincy. With a bustling dining room, expansive outdoor patio, and one of the area's busiest waterfront bars, we're looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative service team.
As a Barback, you'll play an essential role in keeping our bar running smoothly. From stocking and prepping to supporting bartenders throughout service, you'll help ensure our guests receive fast, seamless service while working in one of the busiest waterfront restaurants on the South Shore.
What You'll Do
- Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies
- Prepare garnishes, juices, and other bar ingredients before and throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
- Wash and polish glassware and assist with dishwashing as needed
- Support bartenders by anticipating their needs during busy service
- Change kegs and replenish inventory throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to keep service running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting kegs, cases, and other bar supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
