REEL USA has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Office Coordinator with knowledge, skills, and experience to support maintenance planning activities for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) located within Airbus. All work tasks are performed in a safe manner while following plant policies and procedures. The Maintenance Planner will work on-site at the Mobile, AL location.

In this role, your primary duty will to provide administrative support to the Maintenance Group. A successful candidate will be someone who can:
- Work in a safe manner. Actively participates in REEL's safety, health, and environmental programs. Attends scheduled team meetings and completes safety training requirements. Keeps work area safe and clean.
- Support maintenance through a variety of tasks related to maintenance planning.
- Effectively communicate through telephone and email to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
- Populates the equipment/assets sheets in the SAP database with all relevant data.
- Follow the deadlines for receiving and restart suppliers if necessary
- Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report,
- Schedule meetings,
- Checks the availability of the necessary documentation for the proper execution of maintenance services,
- Creates and manages soft & hard copies of operating & maintenance manuals and files them properly,
- Select and evaluate suppliers
- Initiate, in conjunction with the Quality & EHS Manager, enhanced surveillance of a supplier
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will You Bring to REEL USA
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) year’s office coordination related experiences.
- Willing and able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills. Able to work independently as well. Self-motivated with a track record of dependability including work history.
- Demonstrates ability to successfully function in a reactive environment, excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to remain calm and react effectively in critical situations.
- Displays a clear and precise understanding of projects /contracts, tasks, difficulties, and time involved in each assignment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP /SAP experience would be an asset.
- Flexible in performing changing assignments and work schedules. May be required to work overtime.
- Physical requirements include but not limited to standing, sitting for extended periods, be able to speak and hear, be able to distinguish visual colors and shapes through location and maintain through the course of employment.
