Are you ready to put your manufacturing experience to work while building new skills? Reel Core is looking for 1st Shift Production Worker who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
✅ Operate plastic blow molding machinery
✅ Use a variety of tools and equipment to finish products
✅ Perform detailed final inspections and document results with accuracy
✅ Identify and report equipment malfunctions
✅ Work closely with your team to maintain productivity
✅ Set up machinery and ensure production materials are ready
What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
Experience in a high-speed industrial environment preferred
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and use a variety of tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
