Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent (Agente inmobiliario) based in Fort Myers, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and build a client portfolio, advise buyers and sellers on residential and commercial real estate transactions, and conduct property showings and open houses. Daily responsibilities include managing listings on multiple platforms, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through the closing process. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, staying informed about local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with the internal support and marketing teams to drive sales. The agent is expected to uphold high ethical standards, meet performance targets, and represent REEG International professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.
