We are seeking a dedicated Marina Attendant to join our team! This role involves assisting with the daily operations of our marina to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors and boaters. The Marina Attendant will support the smooth functioning of the marina, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the facility to the highest standards.
Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist boaters and visitors with docking and mooring their vessels safely.
- Monitor marina facilities and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area, including docks, walkways, and common spaces.
- Assist with launching and retrieving boats as needed.
- Provide information and assistance regarding marina rules, local services, and boating regulations.
- Support administrative tasks related to slip rentals, reservations, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marina operations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of boating and marina safety protocols.
- Physical ability to assist with docking and handle equipment as necessary.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
