This core administrative role provides comprehensive day-to-day data entry, general office support, facility tracking, and logistics coordination across all USTDA divisions.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Integrity & Entry: Organize, verify, and input fiscal, contract, grant, and project management data into MS SharePoint, TDAMIS, and other management information systems.
- System Testing Support: Collaborate with the CIO and Deputy CIO to test systems, resolve software bugs, and execute data validation upgrades.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Logistics: Set up physical office spaces, maintain up-to-date staff directories, and coordinate administrative requirements for incoming and outgoing personnel.
- Facility Work Orders: Monitor the shared facilities email inbox, log incoming requests into the building management tracking system, generate work orders, and follow through to closeout.
- Reporting: Run routine and ad-hoc status, statistical, and deliverable reports from internal databases as requested by the COR.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: College degree in Business or Information Management preferred (relevant professional certifications accepted).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative management or relevant professional office experience.
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
