The Real Estate Accounts Receivable Specialist at Reef Real Estate is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing a high volume of daily transactions related to banking, tenant deposits, ACH applications, and bank reconciliations. This position supports treasury audits and provides basic clerical support while collaborating daily with the entire accounting team and reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions and manage tenant deposits
- Handle ACH applications and maintain accurate bank reconciliations
- Support treasury audits to ensure financial compliance and fraud prevention
- Assist with light office management and basic clerical duties
- Collaborate with accounting and other departments on a daily basis
- Occasionally interact with external clients or tenants as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in accounts receivable is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $82,000
