Position Summary:
Reef is looking to hire a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks for our Black Desert Resort property. This role ensures that financial records are accurate, up to date, and properly documented, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes for multiple entities
- Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements
- Coordinate HOA invoicing, including dues and utilities
- Assist with golf daily reports
- Provide general clerical and administrative accounting support
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
- Prior clerical experience required
- Experience working with accounting software (Lightspeed, NetSuite, Buildium or similar systems) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
- Professional communication skills when working with vendors and homeowners
