The Day-to-Day
You’ll handle a diverse range of tasks that keep our property in top shape:
System Mastery: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Property Care: Leading the "make-ready" process to ensure new residents move into a perfect home.
Precision Work: Handling lock installations, re-keying, and routine preventive maintenance.
Safety & Logistics: Maintaining daily digital logs and ensuring every job meets OSHA and company safety standards.
The Essentials (Requirements)
Certified Pro: You hold an HVAC Certification (Universal is a major plus).
Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with common tools, appliances, and local building codes.
Mobility: A high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle capable of hauling tools/parts.
Professional Integrity: Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings.
