Schedule:
Monday - Friday Variable days
Hours: 8-4:30
Weekend/Holiday call rotation as needed
Position Summary:
Clinical Lead RN - Outpatient Wound, Infusion and Chemotherapy Clinics
The Clinical Lead RN provides frontline clinical leadership and operational support within the department and is expected to function independently at a high level while exercising strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. This role partners closely with the Nursing Director to support daily workflow, patient care coordination, and clinical decision-making while promoting quality, safety, and efficient department operations.
Job Relationships:
- Reports to Director of Outpatient Wound/Infusion/Chemotherapy and Chief Nursing Officer
- Collaborates with other RAMC personnel
Education and Training Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required.
- Meets health requirements.
- Wound Care Certification (WCC); if not certified must obtain within 2 years of hire.
- Chemotherapy experience preferred.
Experience:
- Two years of acute care experience required.
