JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fuel Dispatch Admin to join our Fuel Division. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting sales operations by maintaining relationships, processing orders, and ensuring our customers receive the dependable service Reeder is known for.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or customer service who thrives on collaboration, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. Experience in the fuel or oil industry is a plus but not required.
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM
LOCATION
Fort Worth, TX
COMPENSATION
$20 per hour, paid weekly
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering customer orders as needed.
- Communicate with Sales Representative and Customer about proof of deliveries and invoices.
- Gather POD from third party vendors and match it with the open order in the system. Updating status on delivered orders and invoiced orders.
- Update customer database: POs, addresses, job numbers.
- Monitor deliveries and communicate about ETA.
- Monitor/Track Equipment Contracts
- Providing excellent customer service by acting as the day-to-day contact as directed by supervisor.
- Focusing on anticipating customer needs, resolving customer issues, and maximizing mutual value toward goals.
- Answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
