What you’ll do
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as metal framing, roofing.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for construction tasks
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal at the end of each day
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
Basic qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred qualifications
