We are seeking a full time Certified Pharmacy Technician to became a part of our team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist. Responsibilities:Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patientsMeasure dosage of medications, according to prescription ordersProcess prescriptions using computer softwareLabel and record dosage informationMonitor storage and inventory of medications and suppliesAssist with inventory managementEnsure compliance with all state regulations while maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy environmentQualifications:Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields Certification as a pharmacy technician as required by the State of VirginiaExcellent customer service skills and ability to multi-taskStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills
