Duties

- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during workouts.
- Lead group fitness classes that engage participants and promote a sense of community.
- Educate clients on the principles of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise.
- Experience in teaching physical education or group fitness classes is preferred.
- Proven ability in program design tailored to individual needs.
- Skills in sales and fitness sales are advantageous for promoting services effectively.
- Background in sports coaching is a plus, enhancing the ability to motivate clients.
- Certification from a recognized organization in personal training is required.
