What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and service walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, rooftop refrigeration, and hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, etc.)
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
- Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
- Collaborate with senior techs when needed
- 1.5-3 years of hands-on refrigeration experience (commercial preferred; hot-side exposure a plus)
- EPA Certification required
- Own basic hand tools
- Comfortable working in restaurant environments and on rooftops
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- You have not worked at least 1.5 years in refrigeration or HVAC-R
- You are not EPA certified
- You do not have your own set of hand tools
- You are not dependable or ready to work full-time
- You are not comfortable working in physical, fast-paced environments
- $70,000-$110,000 per year (Hourly OT Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo
- Fully stocked van gas card
- Tools and uniforms provided (hand tools excluded)

- PTO begins after 30 days
- Paid birthday off
- OT available (but optionally--your time matters)
