We are looking for an experienced Field Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the person who keeps technicians organized, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly.

This is a key role within our company. The right person will be highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting our customers and service team.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous field service dispatching experience is required.

Schedule

Full-Time In-Office Position

• Monday-Thursday
• 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Approximately 38 hours per week
  
  

Enjoy a consistent schedule with a 3-day weekend every week.

This position will work closely with our weekend dispatcher and provide occasional coverage during vacations, illnesses, and other approved time off.

What You'll Do

As our Field Service Dispatcher, you will be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively will directly impact our daily success.

Responsibilities Include

• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Manage the daily service schedule and adjust priorities as situations change.
• Coordinate emergency service calls while minimizing customer downtime.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and expectations.
• Confirm upcoming service appointments.
• Monitor technician progress and help keep jobs moving forward.
• Coordinate parts needs and ensure technicians have what they need to complete jobs.
• Receive, organize, and stage incoming parts.
• Match parts to work orders and maintain accuracy.
• Support office operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Previous field service dispatching experience is required.
