Remodel Laborer
Full-Time Position | Pay Based on Experience
Reed Renovation & Restoration is looking for a dependable, skilled Remodel Laborer to join our team. Our workload is predominantly focused on kitchen and bathroom remodels, so hands-on remodeling experience and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general remodeling and construction labor for kitchen and bathroom projects
- Manage and run a crew and jobsite from start to finish in the event there are multiple projects in progress at one time
- Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
- Perform and assist with plumbing, demolition, framing, drywall, tile, finish work, and other remodeling tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate effectively with the team and ensure work is completed to company standards
Requirements:
- Plumbing experience is a must
- Previous remodeling or construction experience preferred
- Must be capable of managing and running a crew/jobsite
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Dependable and punctual with positive attendance
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
