Reed Real Estate: Maintenance Technician
Fort Morgan Properties by Reed Real Estate is looking for a full-time maintenance technician to join our team. We specialize in property management in the Fort Morgan area, maintaining a collection of homes as vacation rentals. This position is a key role in our organization that involves maintaining our properties to owner and guest standards while also delivering exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance tasks as they arise at our various properties; including traveling between multiple worksites daily.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained with general repairs and preventative maintenance & inspections.
- Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to:
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Cable/wifi troubleshooting
- Basic HVAC repair/diagnosis
- Light plumbing work
- Light Electrical work
- Basic Handyman services
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team
- Correspond regularly with your supervisor
- Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary
- Provide cross-coverage when necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Ensure follow-through on assigned maintenance tasks using an in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs
- Flexibility is encouraged as each day can look different than the one before
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
