Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving in our service drive with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist with directing customers and vehicles throughout the service department.
- Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional service drive and parking area.
- Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and staging.
- Help ensure customer vehicles are ready for pickup upon completion of service.
- Assist with courtesy vehicle washes and general vehicle preparation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the service department and customer areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist team members wherever needed.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active throughout the day.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
