Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is searching for a highly motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized. Pay Rate: $12-$14/hr. (dependent upon experience)
Job duties:
- Assist with reconciliation reports
- Post Reports and journals
- Assist with maintaining Schedules
- Assist with maintaining charge customers
- Receipting/cutting checks
- Issuing refund checks
- filing
- Assist with Title Audits
- Backup support for various positions in the admin office
- Assist the office with daily/monthly tasks
- Reassigning titles/MCOs
- Other tasks assigned by the controller

Requirements:
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently
- Automotive accounting experience preferred, but will train
- Experience with Tekion is a plus
- Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & in writing
- Comfortable communication in a team setting
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and Office 365
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Attention to detail
