What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Producer position at Reed Brothers Insurance?
Reed Brothers Insurance is currently seeking a Sales Producer to join our team in the Campbellsville Kentucky office. The individual will be responsible for personal and commercial insurance account sales, and prospecting and working with clients/prospects on meeting their insurance needs. They will also be responsible to complete applications for our account managers to submit to various carriers for quotes.
Responsibilities:
- Create a marketing plan with directions from an account manager
- Continually identify and locate prospects
- Determine current scope of insurance coverage and analyze exposures
- Present insurance proposals and follow up with prospects
- Complete an education program as outlined by the manager
- Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace including changing consumer needs

- Must obtain a Kentucky Property and Casualty insurance license
