Job Description:
As a Subcontractor Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks in our Airbnb properties located in Gainesville, Ocala, and Cedar Key FL. This position is part-time and on an as-needed basis, with cleaning assignments based on bookings for each market area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and guidelines, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Change linens and make beds to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
• Inspect properties for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with the scheduling team to receive cleaning assignments and provide updates on completed tasks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with guests, cleaning team members, management, laundry team, and supervisors .

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different properties within the assigned market area.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
