Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other courier-specific transportation, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load, unload, and secure packages using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs across designated areas
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving items, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition for daily use
- Handle heavy lifting and manual tasks safely while managing multiple deliveries throughout the day
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with familiarity in route driving and load & unload procedures
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably and safely
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, especially involving forklift operation or pallet jack use
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of driving regulations, including manual transmission operation if applicable
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.69 - $28.32 per hour
